Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your ShowPlate account and all of the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Delete from your account

1. Sign in at www.showplate.co.
2. Open Profile from the dashboard.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone and select Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your profile, any connected Instagram or TikTok data, applications, bids, and all associated records are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email email@showplate.co from the address on your account and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Connected social accounts

Choosing Disconnect next to Instagram or TikTok on your profile immediately removes the stored access token and metrics for that platform (and revokes the token with the provider). Deleting your account removes everything.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, bio, connected Instagram and TikTok data, applications, bids, offers, and notifications. Two things survive deletion: records of completed payments, which our payment processor (Stripe) and we retain for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, and records we are required to keep by law, such as those tied to an open dispute. These are kept only as long as those obligations require, and are never used for anything else.
